Established in 2005, we are a dynamic teacher recruitment company based in Hertfordshire, just outside of London. We serve the London areas and Home Counties, providing a friendly, high quality service to schools and teachers.

We pride ourselves in knowing our client schools and their needs and excellent relationships have been developed over the years after detailed client profiling following personal visits to our client schools. This enables us to match their requirements swiftly and we tailor our recruitment process to individual schools depending on their needs. Mike Donnelly – Director

Mike is a qualified Science teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience across schools in Hertfordshire. Director of the company since its inception, he has built up the company from a grass roots level to the successful company it is today.

Shirish Chauhan – Recruitment Consultant and teacher

Shirish is a qualified Science teacher who has a wealth of business experience too. Shirish keeps his hand in by doing the odd few days of supply and this really helps him to develop an understanding of our client schools as well.

Robert Brasted – Recruitment Consultant

Robert has an entrepreneurial/business background developed across a range of industries. He has a keen understanding of IT and he has been instrumental in developing our IT systems and Quality Mark procedures.

We can also assist you to find UK accommodation before arriving in the UK, provide orientation information and much more to facilitate your move.
